The Hotel Val Flores Logis provided a serene and inviting atmosphere, perfect for senior guests like myself. The decor was tastefully done, exuding a cozy elegance that made me feel right at home. The general areas of the hotel were beautifully maintained, with a lovely garden where I enjoyed peaceful moments of relaxation.
One thing I would have appreciated for a better vacation experience for senior people is if the children working there could have provided more assistance with luggage.

Comfortable room with a good-sized double bed 🛏️. It's cozy and has the basics: bedding, air conditioning - all you need for a good night's sleep!

The staff spoke English, so I didn't have to strain my high-class French vocabulary. They even replaced the plastic welcome bottle, how eco-conscious! The hotel's laundry service saved me from the horror of washing my designer clothes in a common laundromat. Free parking with only 10 spaces, what a treat!
Who needs air conditioning in a hot summer? It's so much better to sweat through the night while listening to the charming sounds of traffic and loud guests.

Conveniently located in the heart of the city
Reasonable price for the stay. Friendly staff who provided good service during xmas
The room was extremely small, barely enough space for two people. The bathroom was cramped and in need of renovation.

The hotel is located in a quiet part of town, in a nice residential area. It's wonderful to be able to walk to the beach and there's a sidewalk on a hill just 5 meters behind the building. The rooms are small but they have extremely comfortable beds. The staff is really nice and the hotel serves an excellent breakfast with delicious cakes.
The rooms can get a bit noisy at night due to the traffic and loud guests.

As a solo traveler, I really appreciated the private parking available at Hotel Val Flores Logis. It can be difficult to find parking spaces in the city, so having this option was a huge plus. the location of the hotel was also great, with the city center and beach within walking distance. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing me with information about the local area on arrival. the room was clean and comfortable, making it a good choice for an overnight stop.
Felt like a home away from home, no complaints.

Sylvie was an absolute gem, providing a sewing kit immediately and helpful with parking. The hotel, although a bit further, was still within an easy walk to the beach. The charming café and lovely brocante nearby added to the experience. The location was superb, close to the vibrant market with an array of restaurants and bars. The room upgrade was a pleasant surprise with a huge and comfortable bed, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The cleanliness of the room and the helpfulness of the receptionist were top-notch. a fantastic overnight stop. The stay included convenient amenities such as Wi-Fi, on-site car park, luggage storage, a coffee shop, and a flat-screen TV. The express check-in/-out made the experience hassle-free, while the nearby golf course allowed for additional leisure activities. It was great to note that no pets were allowed and there was a strict no-smoking policy on site.

The location was super convenient, being in a residential area but still close to the beach, town center, and the casino. We had a blast checking out the Fishermen's Port and starting our excursions from there. Plus, they even had a private parking spot, which is clutch in a city like Biarritz.
The only thing we wished for was a better nightlife scene near the hotel. As young party-goers, we wanted to keep the fun going after exploring during the day.
